Diversity & Inclusion
Our Employee Resource Groups play a critical role in promoting cultural diversity and community within ITW. Employee Resource Groups play a vital role in engaging employees at all levels. These employee-led organizations bring together diverse groups of people and their allies to share experiences and participate in professional development workshops to help accelerate our path to full potential.
The mission of the ITW Women’s Network (IWN) is to maintain an inclusive workplace environment and attract, develop and retain quality female talent and leaders, in accordance with our enterprise strategy. Overseen by our Women’s Leadership Development Council, IWN is open to all businesses, functions and levels. The network’s regional model means we have chapters across our various locations, which host networking events, leadership development and skill-building seminars, and local outreach events.
Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to building a community made up of early career talent. The ERG established regional chapters across the globe, focused on empowering early-in-career professionals across ITW by building a community for the next generation of ITW leadership through social platforms, networking activities, and development opportunities
Pride at ITW is an employee resource group that is focused on empowering LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies through building a sense of belonging and engagement while promoting shared respect and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues.
Pride at ITW was formed to expand ITW’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and attract and retain the very best talent through career development and advancement, community advocacy, networking and fellowship.
