At ITW Construction Products we are committed to the ITW D&I framework which was established to drive progress in establishing ITW as a best-in-class employer with a global, diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace. In 2018 at ITW Construction Products UK/Nordics division we established a Diversity & Inclusion Committee with representatives from across different countries, sites and departments to pro-actively work on D&I initiatives as one business team.

The mission of the ITW Women’s Network (IWN) is to maintain an inclusive workplace environment and attract, develop and retain quality female talent and leaders, in accordance with our enterprise strategy. Overseen by our Women’s Leadership Development Council, IWN is open to all businesses, functions and levels. The network’s regional model means we have chapters across our various locations, which host networking events, leadership development and skill-building seminars, and local outreach events.

Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to building a community made up of early career talent. The ERG established regional chapters across the globe, focused on empowering early-in-career professionals across ITW by building a community for the next generation of ITW leadership through social platforms, networking activities, and development opportunities
