The ITWCP Graduate Program

The wider ITW business consists of around 80 divisions globally, each led by a VP General Manager. We develop and invest in graduates for our VP General Management talent pipeline who demonstrate the potential to become assistant managers by the end of our 2-year programme, followed by continued progression towards becoming the head of a division in ITW.

Our programme is designed for graduates who have exceptional business acumen, drive and ambition to excel. Our organisation and graduate programme is ideal for those looking to embrace their inner entrepreneur to drive actions, focus on what matters and have an impact on the business.

Following a comprehensive induction period in which graduates will be introduced to their mentor, colleagues and ITW business philosophies the first placement will provide a valuable insight to our business, products and customers. This is followed by a series of assignments in different business functions in the UK & Europe for up to 9 months each where graduates will have the opportunity to take the lead on key challenges and projects, preparing you for their first role as an Assistant Manager and onwards to a future leadership role. This programme will be tailored to suit individual career development from day one.

Our graduate program is typically open to applicants between March and May each year with those successful starting in August to September each year.
